My intention for this space is to create a safe, loving, supported place of healing for anyone who finds their way to me. 

 

I am a healer and use the tools and wisdom I’ve gained over a lifetime of working my way through childhood sexual abuse, addiction, 

and the belief that being in my body is not a safe place to be. 

All of my work is done through the lens of trauma, with the understanding and experience of how our bodies hold trauma energetically. 

 

My healing sessions are a blend of many different influences and healing systems - Shamanic energy medicine, Reiki, yoga, meditation, and breathwork - infused with my own intuition and guidance. That which is needed. Each time I do one of these sessions, I’m stepping into a different river where presence and deep listening allow the experience to unfold as we weave through the process together.

 

In addition to my healing work, I offer Reiki classes.
